Hi! Can I ask where they had their reception? We are looking to get married at Maroon Bells as well!
The reception was at the Aspen Center for Environmental Studies at Hallam Lake — https://www.aspennature.org/location/hallam-lake
Hi there –
Is this at the Maroon Bells Amphitheater that you mention in your guide?
Yes, the ceremony was at Maroon Bells Amphitheater, and the reception at Aspen Center for Environmental Studies at Hallam Lake!
Hello! What time of year was this ceremony held at Maroon Bells? I’ve heard the weather can be unpredictable there and am trying to decide between mid-late September.
This ceremony was on June 25, 2020, so very different weather from September. There’s always a slight chance of rain, wind, and colder temperatures in September, but it could also be 70-80 degrees and beautiful — you never really know with Colorado. It’s worth it for the aspens changing colors though! Those are usually peaking around the third week of September. Hope that helps!
Hi , I was wondering with the car passes from the wedding reservation, do we have to arrive before 8:00 am or can we arrive any time between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm if we have the car passes?
You can arrive any time when you have the wedding car passes!
