Elopement at Maroon Bells Amphitheater in Aspen

Peyton + Zach’s Maroon Bells Micro-Wedding

“I can’t say enough amazing things about working with Nina for our wedding! From the start she was super easy to communicate with, very responsive, and helpful with any questions I had. On the day itself, she was professional and kind—even offering my husband a granola bar because he didn’t eat that morning! She perfectly captured our wedding day and I feel like I relive the day and all the emotions when I go through the photos. I would recommend Nina to absolutely anyone, and if I’m ever back in Colorado I’d choose her for photography over and over!”

  1. Hi! Can I ask where they had their reception? We are looking to get married at Maroon Bells as well!

    1. Yes, the ceremony was at Maroon Bells Amphitheater, and the reception at Aspen Center for Environmental Studies at Hallam Lake!

  2. Hello! What time of year was this ceremony held at Maroon Bells? I’ve heard the weather can be unpredictable there and am trying to decide between mid-late September.

    1. This ceremony was on June 25, 2020, so very different weather from September. There’s always a slight chance of rain, wind, and colder temperatures in September, but it could also be 70-80 degrees and beautiful — you never really know with Colorado. It’s worth it for the aspens changing colors though! Those are usually peaking around the third week of September. Hope that helps!

  3. Hi , I was wondering with the car passes from the wedding reservation, do we have to arrive before 8:00 am or can we arrive any time between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm if we have the car passes?
