Colorado Elopement Packages

How this works

1

We’ll start with a free no-commitment video chat so we can get to know each other, and make sure you want me by your side on this adventure. We’ll talk about what you’re dreaming of and how I can help you make it happen, so that you can feel completely confident in your decision if you book me.

I’ll send you a questionnaire to get clear on your vision so I can suggest the best locations for you. I have a long list of vendors that I can recommend to make sure your day is everything you dreamed of and then some. I’m always just an email or text away.

By the time your elopement rolls around, we’ll feel like old friends. I’m not just another vendor—I’ll be there to support you and document these epic memories. I want you to be able to relax and know that I’ve got you. We aren’t going to make this an all-day photo shoot. The best photos come from the moments you forget I’m there.

No two elopements are the same. If you’re looking for a different length of coverage, or you’re planning something unique I might not even have thought of, please get in touch so I can put together a custom quote for you.

"Nina helped us plan our elopement with her vast knowledge of the Rocky Mountains. It lifted a huge weight off our shoulders knowing that we were in capable hands, and we couldn’t be happier with the photos she created of our special day!"

How much time do we need for our elopement?

Most of my couples book 8 hours for their elopements, but how much time you need depends on so many different things. I don’t want you to rush through your elopement, because it deserves so much more than just a few hours of posed photos. How do you want to remember the day? What do you two love doing together? How can you create an elopement that feels like you?

These are just a few examples of how you can spend your elopement day, but the best part is that you get to make it your own! Want more details? Contact me to schedule a call, and I’m happy to put together a custom sample timeline for your big day.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will you photograph our LGBTQ+ elopement?

Heck yes – I’m an Equally Wed certified LGBTQ+ inclusive vendor, and passionately believe that love is love.

How are our photos delivered?

You’ll get your photos in a digital gallery that you can easily share with family and friends. You can download your photos as many times as you want, in high resolution files without any watermarks.

When do we get our photos?

You’ll get 3-5 sneak peek photos within a week after your wedding, and your full gallery will be ready within six weeks!

How many photos will we get?

It depends on how many hours you book me for, and what’s happening throughout the day, but you’ll get between 50-75 edited photos per hour of coverage.

Do you edit all the photos?

Yes, every photo is edited in a style consistent with what you see on my website. I don’t retouch body shapes, hair, skin, or clothing, because I want you to look like yourselves in your photos!

Do you have insurance and permits?

Yes, I maintain full business liability insurance, and coverage on all my gear (so I don’t have to stress when we’re caught in a hail storm). I also have annual photography permits for Boulder OSMP and Rocky Mountain National Park, and I will gladly research permits for any other location we might want to shoot in.

How early should we book you?

If you want a specific date in summer, it’s great if you can reach out at least 6-9 months before, and I book full-day elopements as early as 18 months in advance. But if your date is flexible or in winter (November through April), I can book on much shorter notice.

Can you help us find a beautiful place to elope?

Of course! Many of my couples are coming to Colorado from out of state, or recently moved here, and want my help in picking the perfect location for their mountain elopement. Once you’re officially booked, I’ll send you a questionnaire to help me personalize my location suggestions for you.

Do we have to be experienced hikers to elope?

Heck no! Some of my favorite elopement locations in Colorado are places we can drive up to in my Subaru or a rented Jeep. But if you’re up for a hike, it opens up a lot more options. Either way, I’ll help you find an epic place to say your vows!

How and when do we pay?

When you are ready to book, a $1000 retainer and a signed contract will make it official. The remaining balance is due four weeks before your wedding date. I’m also happy to split the remaining balance into up to four payments for you. For adventure sessions, engagements, proposals, and other portrait sessions, the session fee is paid in full in advance.

How do we book you?

Get in touch via my contact form! If I’m available for your date, we’ll set up a time for us to video chat so we can talk about your big day and make sure we’re right for each other. Then you’ll sign a contract, pay the retainer, and we’re all set!
